Job applicants may be asked to provide information such as educational background, employment experience and job interest. We may also collect demographic information, such as your age, gender, interests, and preferences. Forms that you choose to complete will indicate whether information requested is mandatory or voluntary.

We may collect information about your visits to the Services, including the pages you view, the links and advertisements you click, search terms you enter, and other actions you take in connection with the Site’s products and services.

We may also collect certain information from the browser you used to come to our Site, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, access times, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website that referred you to our website and to which URL you browse away from our site if you click on a link on our site.

We may also collect information from your mobile device, such as but not exclusively the first time the App is opened and the type of device that is being used, if you have downloaded our App. Examples of information that may be collected and used include how you use the App and information about the type of device you use, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”) and OS version. In addition, in the event our App crash on your mobile device, we will receive information about your mobile device model and OS version, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of our App. This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant information to you and improve our products and Services.

We may receive your Personal Information from other sources, such as public databases; joint marketing partners; social media platforms; from people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected on social media platforms, as well as from other third parties. For example, if you elect to connect your social media account to your Site and, or App account, certain Personal Information from your social media account will be shared with us, which may include Personal Information that is part of your profile or your friends’ profiles on that social media service (or another linked service).

In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with the Site, information collected through one source may be combined with information the Site obtains through other sources. This may include information that allows us to identify you across multiple devices through which you access our Services. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other parties, including our Business Partners and other third parties.

Some of our services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both us and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services, and may use the information according to each company's privacy statement and other agreements with you.

2. HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We refer to automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  This analytical tool uses cookies and similar technologies to help analyze how users use the Site.  You can learn about Google’s practices by going to www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. Google offers the ability to opt out from tracking through Google Analytics cookies; for more information, visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use Google Display Network Impression Reporting to analyze users’ interactions with our ads. We also use Google services, including Google AdWords and Remarketing with Google Analytics, to advertise online, including for remarketing and interest-based advertising.  These services allow third-party vendors, including Google, to display our ads on third-party sites across the Internet.

We and our third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on past visits to and activity on our Site and interactions with our ad impressions and ad services.  You can learn about Google’s practices and exercise additional opt-out choices offered by Google by visiting www.google.com/settings/ads.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Services (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site and App, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

4. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

5. BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
